Every screen in your building, on one platform
Room scheduling screens, digital signage, classroom timetables and live status displays, all run from one console. In the cloud or fully on-premise.

One platform, every kind of screen
Door screens, signage, classrooms and live status displays share one console, one content library and one set of schedules.
The meeting room, at a glance
Door screens show who has the room, what's next and whether it's free, live from Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace or CalDAV.
- Book now, extend or check in right at the door
- Green when free, red when in use, readable from down the corridor
- Bookings write straight back to the room calendar

More than a booking screen
Sensors, lights, AV and wayfinding work together, so rooms are used properly and people can find one when they need it.
Occupancy sensors and no-show release
Meetings nobody turns up to are released back to the calendar after a grace period, so the room is free for someone who needs it. Every no-show is kept for reporting.
LED status rims and light bars
Lights on and around the screen follow the room: available, busy, or booked but not occupied. Colours are configurable.
AV control integration
Room state is pushed to your AV control system, so AV can react when a meeting starts or the room empties.
Wayfinding to a free room
Room taken? The screen routes people across the floor plan to the nearest free room that fits their group.
Touch actions at the door
Book a free room on the spot, or extend by 15 or 30 minutes. Every action is checked against the calendar first, so nothing double-books.
Live, and resilient
Changes reach screens in about a second via push. If the network drops, screens keep their last good state and recover on their own.
Change what the screens say, from your pocket
For spaces that don't run on a calendar, operators set the status themselves. Simple mobile controls, instant updates on every screen in their area.
Try it: tap Occupied or Available
Illustrative status display
Status display shows occupied.
Sign in from a phone
Operators sign in on their phone and get just the controls they need: two big buttons and a few activity fields.
One tap, every screen
Tap Occupied or Available, or update the activity details, and every screen for that area changes straight away.
Scoped access
Each operator only sees and controls their own areas, so a lead in one area can't change another.
Plugs into what you already run
Calendars, directory sign-in, AV control, door panels, sensors and building systems. TEXL SSM connects to the infrastructure you have instead of asking you to replace it.
When the alarm sounds, every screen says so
Connect your fire alarm panel or BMS and every screen in the building becomes part of your evacuation plan. No one has to remember to do anything.
- 1
The panel raises the alarm
Your fire alarm panel or BMS sends a signal to TEXL SSM the moment an alarm is triggered.
- 2
Every screen switches
Within about a second, every screen shows a full-screen evacuation message, over any booking, signage or status.
- 3
Clears when the panel resets
When the panel is reset, screens return to exactly what they were showing before.
Manual control
Admins can raise or clear the alarm from the console at any time, with a custom message for drills or other emergencies.
A key for every site
The alarm input only accepts signals carrying your site-specific key. Anything else is refused.
Rate-limited and audit-logged
Every alarm, reset and manual action is recorded, and the input is rate-limited against misuse.
One console for every screen
Devices, content, schedules, reports and diagnostics live in a single browser-based console. Nothing to install on an admin's machine.
Devices and groups
Provision new screens, organise screens into groups by floor, building or purpose, and see every heartbeat live.
Content and playlists
Upload images and video, set durations and build playlists. Safe delete stops you removing anything a live schedule still uses.
Scheduling with precedence
Group campaigns override device defaults, with a global fallback behind them. Per-room exceptions are preserved.
Reports
Room usage and no-shows across your estate, ready to export to Excel or PDF for facilities and management.
Diagnostics
Switch on time-boxed recording, read communication logs, copy a complete error report in one click and take remote screenshots of any screen.
Users, branding and licensing
Role-based users, your logo and booking backgrounds on every screen, and licence activation in the same place.
Enterprise security, built to run unattended
Screens sit in corridors and lobbies for years. TEXL SSM is designed to be locked down by default and to keep working without anyone watching it.
Cloud-hosted or fully on-premise
Let TEXL host it, or run the whole platform on your own server with no cloud dependency at all. Same product, same features.
Hybrid without firewall holes
For hybrid deployments, an on-site edge agent makes outbound connections only. Nothing on your network has to accept inbound traffic.
Role-based access
Admin rights are scoped per area, so each team only sees and changes what it is responsible for.
Secrets encrypted at rest
Calendar credentials, certificates and other secrets are encrypted in the database and never shown again once saved.
Every change audit-logged
Who changed what, and when, is recorded across devices, content, schedules, users and settings.
A revocable token per screen
Each screen authenticates with its own token. Lose a device and you revoke one screen, not the whole estate.
Isolated customer data
In multi-site and multi-tenant hosting, each customer’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s.
Directory sign-in
Admins can sign in with existing LDAP or Active Directory accounts, so access follows your own joiner and leaver process.
Push first, poll as backup
Screens get changes pushed instantly, and fall back to polling automatically if the push channel drops.
Last good state
Through a network drop, screens keep showing their last good state and reconnect on their own.
Health endpoint
A health check your monitoring can poll, reporting the server and its database separately.
Calendars mirrored locally
Calendar data is mirrored on the server, so screens stay fast even when the calendar service is slow.
Already running where it matters
TEXL SSM is an existing, proven product in use across government, education, hospitality and corporate workplaces. Your deployment builds on that work.
Government offices
Meeting-room scheduling at every door, wayfinding to free rooms, and signage across public and staff areas.

- Wayfinding
- Digital signage
Universities
Campus-wide signage, plus classroom screens that show the live timetable: what is on now, what is next and who is teaching.
- Campus signage
- Classroom screens

Corporate meeting spaces

Configuration, not construction
The platform already exists. A new deployment is set up, branded and connected, not built from scratch.
Custom modules where needed
When a use case is genuinely new, TEXL builds a module on the same platform, as with classroom screens and status control.
Lower risk, faster delivery
You start from software that is already running in real buildings, so there is less to prove and less to wait for.
